No Response

If your ticket has not been answered after 36 hours, please reply back to the ticket or open a new ticket. At times tickets may be moved to an incorrect department where it may not be answered. We apologize in advance if this is the case as it is done inadvertently and not to frustrate our clients.

You can also send an email to info@designnhost.com with your ticket number if there is no response for 36 hours.

We again apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
